Rozz Williams (born Roger Allen Painter, November 6, 1963 – April 1, 1998) was a musician and vocalist known for founding the original incarnation of the highly influential punk/goth rock band, Christian Death.
On April 1, 1998, Williams hanged himself in his West Hollywood apartment, at the age of 34.
